My passion is sharing life skills which can improve others lives. Often this is assistance with the not-so-obvious techniques of executive level job search. Other times, it is leadership support, problem solving and corporate ladder travel.
Each of these activities calls on my extensive experience as a former high tech executive, technology recruiter and my degrees in education, counseling, psychology and technology.
Why it works for me? Because I know the vocabulary and am accustomed to working with the ‘engineering brain’ as well as the Board Room. Early on, I was Seattle’s only recruiter with a technology background. Hence, I worked exclusively with the founders, CEOs, investors and hiring authorities. I often taught them how to interview, read a resume and ultimately, how to hire.
